Join us on the afternoon of Monday 9 September for a virtual student event with A&O Shearman.
Earlier this year, the revolutionary mega-merger between Magic Circle player Allen & Overy and elite US law firm Shearman & Sterling gave rise to an entirely new global powerhouse.
As A&O Shearman makes its debut as the world’s third largest law firm, we’ll be joined by lawyers from each legacy firm, alongside members of its graduate recruitment team, to delve into the merger. Together, they’ll discuss the challenges and opportunities the union presents, as well as A&O Shearman’s vision for the future. Also up for discussion will be what the merger will mean for students applying for training contracts at A&O Shearman.
