When companies merge or acquire, it’s not just deal lawyers involved in the process. These transactions are often complex and involve input from lawyers specialising in multiple practice areas across a firm.
We’ll be bringing together a panel of Taylor Wessing lawyers who reflect this specialism mix. They will explore their role in these complex transactions, explaining how their work feeds into an M&A transaction, the typical tasks this involves and how they work collaboratively across different teams on these deals.
