We’ll be going inside the firm’s renowned private equity practice in a session led by partner Simon Saitowitz.
Simon’s speciality is secondaries transactions, where investors acquire an existing stake in a fund or portfolio of private equity assets from another investor.
He’ll explain this key area of a sector that has driven so much growth in recent years, while giving students a grounding in the essential elements of being a private equity lawyer.
After a presentation and Q&A featuring Simon, there will be virtual networking with Weil trainees and members of the firm’s early careers team.
