Join us on the afternoon of Wednesday 8 October for a virtual student event with Burges Salmon.
Hear from a panel of Burges Salmon lawyers as they take us inside the fast-growing world of energy transition projects, from solar and wind farms to carbon capture to the decarbonisation of traditional energy projects.
As part of a team of lawyers driving the shift to a low-carbon economy, the speakers will explain the role lawyers play in getting these projects off the ground as well as giving an insight into how economic trends and geopolitical events are impacting the global energy industry.
The speakers will also reflect on their own career journeys, what drew them to energy law and give advice to students who want to follow a similar path.
After short talks and a panel discussion there will be virtual networking with the speakers, Burges Salmon trainees and members of the firm’s early talent team.
Apply to attend above. You’ll be asked to submit two questions for the panel.
