Earlier this year, the landmark merger between Taylor Wessing and Winston & Strawn brought together two highly respected international firms to create a new transatlantic powerhouse: Winston Taylor.
As Winston Taylor establishes its position in the market, this event will explore how an integration of this scale is planned and executed. The session will be led by Emma Danks and Peter Crowther, two leading partners who played a key role in advising on and delivering the merger. Together, they will share insight into the strategic, cultural and operational considerations behind a merger of this size and reflect on the values and ambitions shaping the newly combined organisation.
After short talks and a panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to network virtually with Winston Taylor trainees and members of the firm’s Early Talent Team.
